1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Softdrive Computers website, enrolling in any course, applying as a tutor, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Softdrive Computers provides online and physical training in various technology fields including but not limited to Web Development, Mobile App Development, Computer Basics, Graphic Design, Robotics, Data Science, and UI/UX Design. All courses are delivered by qualified tutors and may include live virtual classes, recorded sessions, assignments, projects, and downloadable materials.

3. Virtual Classes

Some courses include live virtual classes conducted via third‑party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for technical disruptions. By participating in virtual classes, you agree to:

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute any portion of a live class without explicit written permission.
• Use your real name and not impersonate others.
• Ensure your internet connection and device meet the minimum requirements for stable participation.

Softdrive Computers reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules and may deny future access to virtual classes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if changes occur, as this will be used on your certificate.

Softdrive Computers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to be fraudulent.

5. Payment for Course Materials & Services

Certain course materials, premium content, tutoring services, or advanced modules may require an additional fee beyond the standard course fee. Softdrive Computers clearly indicates any such paid materials before purchase. By purchasing any paid material or service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in full at the time of purchase.
• Understand that paid materials are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Not share, resell, or redistribute any purchased material to third parties.

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We accept various methods including cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

6. Course Enrollment & Payments

6.1 Enrollment Process

Students may enroll in courses through our website. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

6.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or the first live session has commenced. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.

7. Tutors

Individuals applying to become a tutor at Softdrive Computers must meet the qualifications specified on the application page. By submitting a tutor application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and verifiable information about your qualifications and experience.
• Conduct classes in a professional, punctual, and respectful manner.
• Not share or redistribute course materials created by Softdrive Computers without permission.
• Maintain the confidentiality of student information and not use it for any external purpose.
• Adhere to the schedule of assigned classes; repeated tardiness or absence may lead to removal.

Softdrive Computers reserves the right to accept, reject, or suspend any tutor application at its sole discretion.

8. Tutor Earnings

Tutors earn a share of the course fees paid by students enrolled in their assigned courses. The tutor’s share is calculated as:

• 50% of the course fee goes to the tutor.
• 50% is retained by Softdrive Computers as platform and administrative fees.

Earnings are automatically credited to the tutor’s internal wallet on the platform upon successful payment and verification of the student’s enrollment. Tutors can view their earnings in their dashboard. Softdrive Computers may adjust these percentages with reasonable notice to tutors.

9. Tutor Withdrawals

Tutors may request 50% withdrawal of available funds from their wallet 1 week (7 days) to course completion, or 100% upon course completion. Withdrawal requests are processed after administrative approval. Payment timelines may vary depending on administrative review and payment processing systems. Softdrive Computers reserves the right to:

• Hold withdrawals for up to 7 business days for security verification.
• Deny withdrawal requests if the tutor has violated any of these terms.
• Deduct any outstanding fees or penalties from the withdrawal amount.

Tutors are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Softdrive Computers is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to tutor error.

10. Code of Conduct

As a student or tutor, you agree to:

• Respect all instructors, fellow students, and staff.
• Not share course materials, recordings, or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Not use the platform for any illegal, abusive, or disruptive activities.
• Complete assignments honestly and refrain from plagiarism or cheating.
• Attend scheduled classes punctually; repeated absence without notice may result in removal.

Violation of the code of conduct may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access without refund or forfeiture of earnings.

11. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, assignments, code samples, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Softdrive Computers or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

12. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course (meeting all attendance, assignment, and assessment requirements), students will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued electronically and can be verified at https://softdrivecomputers.com/verify_certificate, and are the property of Softdrive Computers. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or policy violation is discovered after issuance.

13. Termination

Softdrive Computers may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Students will not be entitled to any refund, nor certificate for such student. Tutors will forfeit any unpaid earnings.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Softdrive Computers makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific learning outcome or employment as a result of taking our courses.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softdrive Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services, including virtual class interruptions, payment processing errors, or tutor earnings disputes.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
